Read about these guys on Yelp, of course. Came up from Virginia heading to Presque Isle. Had to detour after landing in Bangor. Basically a shack overhanging the river. A few tables. Awesome lobster roll which is what I had. Love these small places with character. Coming back next time in town.
This is the place if you are looking for the best lobster roll in Maine. I'll never be able to enjoy lobster anywhere else. Had the lobster roll with an extra roll, and the lobster stew. Arrived when they open so we got the table near the river, but all the tables seem to have a great view regardless. Our waitress Michelle was super friendly and attentative.

Their lobster rolls are AMAZING, huge and delicious. Their French fries and coleslaw are the best. We got ours “to go”. Everything is packed separately: lobster meat in PINT-SIZED containers, coleslaw, French fries and two rolls (there’s more than enough lobster to fill two rolls). They deserve 10 stars, but 5 stars is the limit.
