“Although we dined on the deck (a bit chilly), the meal was great. Highly recommend the warm beet salad, haddock chowder, short ribs and halibut. Friendly staff and great service.”

“44 North is a great little coffee shop in the tiny village of Deer Isle. The staff is friendly and the pastries are good but their coffee blows me away. Every trip I make to Deer Isle I pick up a few bags of whole beans to bring home with me. The coffee is delicious and it makes me think of sitting on the deck of our rental in the morning and drinking good coffee while watching the harbor porpoises swim by.”

“Cute little place tucked near the water. Wonderful house white wine and yummy lobster roll. Just stopped in for one drink and a snack but our friends have rave reviews about their Portuguese dishes.”

“This is my second purchase of Stonington Finnan Haddie. I made Cullen Skink for a Robert Burns Supper earlier this year, and it was such a hit I'm making it again for our annual Beach Week.Stonington's Finnan Haddie is a flavor bomb! My friends thought I spent hours in the kitchen, but the chowder comes together quickly. Richard did all the hard work.”

“This is definitely by far a 5 star restaurant! I have been coming here for over 4 years. I have never had any issues with the food or the staff or even the customers. You get the freshest seafood that you can possible get! And the stake tips..... That's another whole story. I could eat them every single time I come here. They are so delicious the best I ever had. They always have a delicious soup of the day! And they have a great haddock chowder!!! I could honestly go on. . The nacho plate is just to much for 1 person to eat. If your ever in the Blue Hill area. You must stop here. They have a tremendous variety of food to choose from. And I guarantee every time you come to visit maine. You will always stop at Marlintinis bar-and-grill. And last but not least, they have the best staff on this side of the mississippi. Keep up a good word, everybody.”
“My wife and I are in full panic. Natural Grocers in Grand Junction is discontinuing Desert Sun coffees. Your Sumatra is the No. 1 reason for us to set foot in Natural Grocers. I feel like one of the people who jogged through the desert with Forrest Gump until he decided to return home. “Now what are we supposed to do?” When we found your Sumatra, we stopped searching for a roast that is perfect for us. Please start a relationship with another GJ retailer. Thanks!”

“Delicious fried calamari and lobster rolls. The atmosphere is amazing - outdoor dining only. Time it right and see the Bagaduce falls flowing.Parking: Lots of parking down to the park area with the tables.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the same level as the road and accessible. Tables are in the park, down a hill, so a little challenging for people with disabilities.”

“Gail and Abby have brought something back to Stonington that has been sorely missed for the last few years. Breakfast! Great atmosphere, delicious food, attentive service, very affordable...I could go on but I think you get the point. Go check it out for yourself and thank these ladies and their whole crew for bringing breakfast back!”

“Great place. The employees are efficient and quick. The food is good. The only potential negative I see are the employees with all the face piercings and being around food. I'd think it would be a big liability if one came loose and fell in someone's drink or food That being said, I think the place is pretty damn good.”
