The app told me my order was all set for a box of Joe. I arrive at the store and the app had sent me an email - which I didn’t see since I was already on the way after a conformation on app. Needless to say they got me my order in less than 5 min! 4 out of 5 since the original clerk was less than empathetic. The manager though dove right in and was amazing at getting me my coworkers coffee for my event.
This Dunkin' is the best. They make an effort to be pleasant and have a little fun. They know some of us regulars by name, often completing our orders before we tell them. They almost always comment on my car, and playfully called me Jagman until eventually asking my name. I go there every day after the gym!
