Anyway , I ordered a plain cheese pizza the first time I went, and that was so good I just did the same tonight. Very close to NY style pizza, more specifically long island pizza where I grew up.. They definitely put some good stuff in their dough as it is seriously on another level of anywhere else I been in 13 years in Maine . And it being a HOP, looking forward to getting the Gyro next!!”

“Oh man I wish they were close to me. I would have it everyday. Definitely legit Thai street food. Starting from rice. It is a good quality jasmine rice. really well cooked. The kapow dish is so comforting. They use holy basil which is really hard to find in the states it gives you a lil tangy note compared to Thai basil. Wok Hei is a bomb! It is really warm welcome from the owner, Kook kik. I recommend you try every dish on the menu. You will feel how sincere they are with their food. You can even asked for extra fresh chili if you are down for it. They are take out only with 2-3 outdoor table in the front for summer.”

“Just finished one of the BEST Italian meals ive ever had in my restaurant going life in a place id never have expected to and thats saying something being a 1st Generation Italian coming from NY ! ViA VECCHiA is Portland, Maine was absolutely 10/10 on everything they did! We started with Meatballs, Whipped Ricotta & Grilled Octopus. The meatballs reminded me of my mothers, the ricotta was tremendous with truffle honey & sesame breadsticks and the octopus was grilled perfectly. One dish was better than the next. We shared ravioli with as an entree and we never felt gross like we ate too much. The portion sizes were PERFECT. Wrapped the night off with a espresso infused cheesecake over salted caramel. Wow. Staff was incredibly accommodating, professional and polite. Service was excellent! If youre ever in Portland, ME you must go get a meal here!”
