“Astoundingly delicious pizza!! We ordered the supreme with some garlic knots and were not disappointed. And definitely don't forget to order a canolli. Best canolli I've ever had! They also had amazing customer service. An all around great experience!”

“I had the strawberry French toast with a side of home fries. Glad i ordered the short stack (2 slices)because they were huge! I loved that I had the option of adding green peppers to the potatoes. Everything was very tasty and the staff was very pleasant!”

“For people who grew up with good Mexican food: this is the spot! I moved to Maine from the Western side of the country and have missed real Mexican food. The flavors reminded me of home, the salsa was fresh, and the server was super friendly and accommodating! Atmosphere was a little slow because it was a Sunday, but the decore is clean and professional. All around pleasant experience! Definitely going back for the Oaxaca Steak! ~ Gorda”

“Stopped in to Martha's Diner on our way to Acadia National Park. On one of the hottest days of the year and despite the fact the diner has no AC, it was one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. Simple scrambled with bacon but with fresh Maine blueberry pancakes for me and my wife had ham and eggs with the biggest slab of ham I have ever seen on a breakfast plate. It is an old-school, local diner with waiters and waitresses shouting orders and the kitchen shouting back. Very 'local' vibe as well.”

“We moved here two years ago. Fogtown has been our favorite from the get go. They are such a great part of the community. The beers are awesome, especially the Stud Wall spruce tip in late spring/early summer. They have great pizza. They also host a lot of great music year round. What more could you ask for?”

“The best coffee shop in Ellsworth by far. Great ambiance with a cool vibe. Locally owned & operated with a nice intergenerational mix of people gathering personally & professionally. The coffee is excellent (and strong), the deserts divine, and the soup & sandwiches to die for. Plenty of prepared deserts, sandwiches, and snacks to go as well. My favourite in-house sandwich is the Cubano but we've never been disappointed with anything we've ordered.”

“A-maze-ing. Fantastic job! A couple of the chefs came out to check to see how we liked things. Friends had the pork chops. Loved them. We had scallops and eggplant meat balls. Scallops perfectly cooked, mushrooms and citrus. Eggplant meatballs fun and interesting. Citrusy undertones on a lot of the dishes including brussel sprouts. Not sure if that was the theme that night or their style. Good beer and wine selection. I would take off a 1/2 star for server not knowing much about pairings with beer or wine, but I ran into that a lot in Maine (can't ask so much from seasonal help I guess). And it took a little too long to get food going. But that's being nit-picky. Great job guys! I hope you stick around.”

“Amazing service, food and atmosphere everytime we go! Chips and salsa are on your table the minute you get seated, then drink order is taken!!They were actually doing open mic night tonight! If it was karaoke, my family wouldn't have let me stay ??Food is always on point and so delicious ? ?!! Two thumbs up to the cooks!! Thank you!The waitstaff is always so polite and very friendly! The girl who has waited on us each time, is so precise she doesn't even write it down and gets our order right everytime! “WHAT AN AMAZING ROADSIDE ICE CREAM STAND! Top of the New England food list for me was something with blueberries and this knocked it out of the park. Ample serving for a reasonable price. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the weather while savoring one's treat. The ice cream was rich, not icy, and the blueberry flavor tasted very real versus manufactured. Service was friendly.”

“I ordered the crab rangoons to go because I was in a hurry and it was the best decision I ever made in my life. When I say that these crab rangoons were the best thing I've ever tasted in my life I don't mean it lightly. The flavor was absolutely incredible and I couldn't stop eating them. I even drank the dip that they gave me for them when I was done. You absolutely need to eat here if you get a chance. I will definitely be making the 1 1/2 hour trip frequently to eat here.”

“We stopped for a slice & a pizza to go. It was just before closing time, the slices were good, the to-go was a bit on the minimal of proportions. A bit dry & a bit bland. Usually they are much better.Parking: Parking is usually easy, unless they're busy, not many spaces”

“This place has the best pizza I've ever had. And at $2 a slice for the pepperoni, it's one of the cheapest slices in Ellsworth. Their whoopie pies are also phenomenal, and those are also only $2!! Meanwhile the whoopie pies in the area are disgusting and usually $5+. Amazing store, staff are nice and fast, food is delicious. I have yet to try their other food but plan on updating my review once I have.”

“We went out for a girls night on Friday and had a great time. Started off with fried calamari and crab rangoons following with some chicken wonton soup. We had cam for a waiter and he was incredible. Despite being a busy night at the restaurant , and he was extremely attentive , Very Polite ,kept checking in to see how we were doing ,everything came out in a timely manner. Will definitely be back! Great food and a great atmosphere !”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! It is a motel, but with all the perks you would expect from a hotel. The rooms are very attractive, and the bathrooms are downright elegant. They have amenities such as hairdryers and coffeemakers which you usually don’t find in motels. The motel was on a busy street, but set back far enough so that noise was not a problem.The manager was very professional and more than helpful. When I texted her that we had arrived at our room, she asked if there was anything we needed.I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone.”

“I got delivery from here Sunday and the food was absolutely delicious. It arrived hot and thirty minutes earlier than I was quoted. They even threw in two extra slices of pizza for free. Highly recommend this place.”

“The staff are friendly and the place looks nice. The prices are quite fair.The food is very good, starting with the fries, they aren’t anything to write home about, but are good. The buffalo wings are very good, they are nicely seasoned, super tasty, tender and juicy, and are quite large. The Philly cheese is a must have, the price is totally worth it, and the steak is very flavorful. The bun it’s on is nice and fresh.Overall very good place to get food , probably my new go to place to eat”

Staff was knowledgeable of menu ingredients. They rinse the pan but do not fully wash it, which is fine by me because its a tool being used as a tool.”

“Charlies is my go-to for pizza. The crust is always nice and fluffy and the toppings are always fresh..If there is ever an issue it has always been corrected. (Once my mom got a kinda burnt loaded pizza that he refunded.) Charlie himself is a great guy.Not many businesses have made it as long as he has and that says a lot about his pizza.10/10 will continue to get my pizza from Charlie as long as ellsworth is lucky enough to have him.I only have the photo from my grandmother's 97th birthday lunch. All she wanted was charlies pizza and it did not disappoint.”
