Dunkin' is a place that has its good and bad days. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are awesome, friendly, and seem happy. The service can be slow, especially in the drive-thru, but many customers find it extremely fast during their visits. Recently, there was a leak in the store that no one seemed to care about. While the prices might be off and the food can be mid-level and bland, the kind manager and the nice employees help create a positive experience. It feels like they need someone who cares about the presentation of the crew and the store.
