“EDIT: The owner of this location took the time to contact me and follow up. She was wonderful and listened about our most recent experience. They offered a free sandwich for the one that was done incorrectly and to provide the forgotten chips we'd paid for. Customer service and a positive attitude goes a long way today, and I really appreciated that. We will definitely plan to go back. Also of note, she recommended requesting extra filling if we wanted a more robust sandwich.Prior post: The sandwiches don't have as much filling as they used too. They forgot my cheese completely when I requested a substitution. I also asked if my chips were in the bag with our order and they said yes, but they were not. I realized after you can pick the flavor but they still told me the wrong thing. I used to love them and sadly it's gone downhill quite a bit.“
“I just wanted to give a shout-out to the sweet young lady working the front counter, I think she said her name was Liz...or maybe Lisa? I'm pretty sure she said Liz, but I didn't see a name tag. ? I was having an awful time visiting out of state relatives when I came in, and this angel of a stranger must have caught on. She took the time to tell me a joke and help me with directions to get back to my Aunt's house (my phone battery had just died) and suggested a bacon Swiss & curly fries.?The food was so delicious and freshly made ? Way better here than in the Midwest ? The service was way better too ?? I showed up in near tears and left with a full belly & full of smiles ???Thanks again, kind lady Liz? & Topsham Arby's y'all really pulled throuh!!! ???“
“I don't like the screen order board it's just a pain.was so glad I could just order at the counter. The young man was kind and very polite. I just really don't like McDonald's food my son and husband like their food. Bathrooms were clean and the drunk area look good. Other than it being expensive now not bad if you need to stop somewhere“

“I cannot remember the two staff members names one was a store manger. But they were having a tough day. I ordered a meal online, it took a while but they were so sweet and kind. Helpful!! They deserve a raise for how well they handled a rough lunch rush! Amazing Job. Keep it up!!!“
“Love the look of this McDonald’s. The building blends in with the rest of the town. Not as noticeable as other McDonald’s and could miss it at first since the signs are smaller. Staff were great and food was perfect. Tons of seating and parking.“
