I really enjoyed my visit to Maine Beer Co. I will definitely come back next time I'm in this part of the country. The beers were excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While I did not have pizza while I was there, that have a good menu as well. The patio is dog friendly.

We love it here so much. One of our favorite places to stop when we visit Maine. This time we came in February with the toddler and dog, sat outside under heated lamps with no one else around. We were sooo warm and it was 30 degrees! It was a full house inside for trivia. Pizza and salad came up incredibly fast and was to die for. It’s my husbands favorite beer. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They literally know how to do it all.

Well I have lived in Freeport from 98 to 2014 and have stayed in the area since and as I grow older and I see offensive prices I vote with my wallet in most cases.. First time to this establishment on 2/5/23. First impression the building is massive when you walk in there is enormous amount of wasted space. The building is beautiful with much not need water fountain/Pool. The place resembles a mall atrium way to bright and they encourage kids... Which means Brats running around. The Beer was average at best and a small pizza for two was fine. But for 4 small Beers and a Pizza $87 dollars before tip is most ridiculous and because of the over pricing I will never be back.Pizza4 Beers$87 Plus a DonationWhat Bushwa front for over priced/ To Bright/ Modern for my likes. Nothing really great in Freeport to choose fromIf you follow my reviews I do not give bad reviews but 87 bucks takes the cake on over pricing.

Great place but they need a nice coffee station espresso,latte,and cappuccino station mocha place with nice lemon twist lol
I truly fell in love with this brewery. I've been to a couple of them and this one has been the most unique one by far. The pizza is exquisite, but we can't forget about the beer - balanced to perfection. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and there's awesome merch as well!

Had lunch (the pizza) and Dinner (the DIPA) and was 100 percent satisfied with both. The pizza and cheesy bread (more like a cheese pizza) are so delicious. The beer is fresh, tasty, and top notch.

Lovely tasting place for beer. Also have wine and local soft drinks. Has limited but delicious menu with pizza, salad and snacks with nice large pretzels.

This is our favorite place to go on our annual New Years Eve/Christmas trip to Maine Beer then a stop off at LLBean. We drive up each year just to visit!The quality of food and beer is always the same! No shortcuts are ever taken. Maine root sodas for non-alcoholic options. Some of the best pizza I’ve had. Pizza sauce is to die for. Open fire pizza. Charcuterie is expensive but worth it. Best and favorite beer!Unfortunately, this year we noticed a very disgruntled staff. Hostess, was clearly annoyed when we asked for a specific table. Without speaking to us, she begrudgingly walked us over to the requested table. Didn’t offer our child crayons which were clearly available. The other staff were quite similar. I ordered two different 5oz pours, clearly asking for Lunch and Little whale boat. The female server was quite annoyed repeating what I said several times, as if I was unclear what I said? No smiles from nearly anyone. Lots of sass.I don’t blame the staff for this. I think the company needs to reevaluate. Year after year, I’ve never seen the same staff. For a company that boasts being so wonderful, there should be better retention. The owner(s) should take a deep look into their staff’s happiness and well-being.
