Gorham has always been my go to dunkin but the past 3 months EVERY single time I go my coffee is messed up. I’ve asked them to fix it one time when it was absolutely horrible and it still wasn’t right.

It was 6:28 pm on a Sunday night stopping to get coffee , went through the drive thru no one answered that so went to front of store got out and doors where locked. But the store hours said they were open until 7:00pm, not good customer service.

Pretty decent overall, good and friendly service.Occasional staffing issues mean it might be unexpectedly closed or the drive through wait might be long. Plan in advance for a wait if stopping by during morning rush hour.

I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on.

i sat against their tables for one moment and lifted my legs onto my chair to fix my pants for a short period of time and one of the workers yelled at me to get off the table and was very aggressive even though i only did it once.
Food was cold and nobody acted like they wanted to work there.

They spent over 5 solid minutes talking inside about which worker messed it up and just kept going on and on about it all. When I was given the correct coffee, better believe they avoided complete eye contact or any words. Also time before that, found a long black hair in my food. Thanks but no thanks.

AWFUL!!!! they burnt my sausage on my sandwich. They messed up my boyfriends order and my boyfriends dads order. The worker didn't even sound like she wanted to be there. Rude. 0 stars from me.
