We had a takeout order done for my work. We’re less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. My food was horrible. I had a gyro and it was stone cold as in I don’t think they even heated the meat or the Naan/pita. And 3 of my co-workers didn’t like what they ordered. I’ve eaten here about 3 times since living here the past 6 years and it’s never been even passable. It’s too bad but thank goodness we have Lisbon House of Pizza which is quite good!!

Visited to get lunch and was attracted to the 'Hand Cut Fries' on the menu so decided to get some for an appetizer. Instead we got these frozen fries that had some coating on them that were just awful - certainly not 'Hand Cut' fries. Next I ordered a Calzone with extra marinara sauce in it and on the side. The Calzone was just fair - I have had much better calzones at other restaurants so this was a 2 out of 5 star dish but what was worse was that the extra marinara sauce I wanted was stone cold! No attempt to heat the sauce was ever made. When the server visited the table I had to ask for silverware and then only forks were delivered. When I asked about the fries the server just said how he got them out of a package in the freezer! No attempt to make any of this right was ever offered or made. I have had pizza from them in the past that was good - but nothing special. This isn't the first time I have noticed anomalies in this place - the small bags of chips are priced like they are big bags - what should be 99 cents are almost 4 bucks! The menu certainly looks nice - but the quality is not what you see. I would say there ae better eats to be had especially if you are seeking a good Calzone and fries. The service could have been much better. They need to remove all references to 'hand cut' fries in their menu, rethink how they make their Calzones and absolutely heat any sides of marinara that a customer may request - the ketchup was warmer than the sauce that was served. One more point. their restroom was out of order.. just another in the litany of issues. These are all items that could be corrected but a person who frequents this place has noticed a deterioration in the quality of the food over the past couple of years and we will likely not be customers again until changes are made.

Hadn’t been here in awhile and it will be awhile before we go again. I ordered a Cobb salad that listed tomatoes as one of the ingredients and they were absent. The bacon was pretty much all fat. Had to remove most of it. My husbands pizza was extremely greasy. The mat under the crust was soaked. Neither one of us remembered it being like that in the past. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

This is the place you get pizza in Lisbon when all the other options are gone. Now don't get me wrong if you order a pizza that's what you will get; a pizza. But it's nothing you'll remember. Flavors aren't anything special, service; nothing special. Just a good place to grab a good pizza, but there are better options out there.

I always order their steak and cheese because they are the best around. Tonight I ordered a bacon cheese burger and I'm convinced everything they cook is delicious. Great food, very reasonable prices, and killer people that work there. Definitely suggest
I was there on 9/9/22 I ordered chicken stir fry it was hot that I could not eat it I love there stir fry but not today I am so disappointed

Called at 716 for their appetizers special I was told I had to be there before 730 so whatever I live down the street no big deal I come home to eat my food and this is what I get absolutely disgusting ? called and had to leave a message ? so disappointed

Pizza toppings were excellent. The Frozen crust I could do without. For me it's handmade pizza dough or nothing. Nice people though.

Attended birthday party. Staff and Space was very accommodating. Great place with some tasty pizza. Would go back for take out or party anytime.
