The drinkers are very good customers service is ok they spend more time talking to each other than the customer. That is why they get a 3 star. I will go back for the drinks only cause it is the closest one to me.
I think Dunkin needs to go back to the Styrofoam cups or do something different with their lids. I wear my coffee 85% of the time because of leakage or the cover comes completely off..I believe they also need to make it mandatory to stir the coffee because when we're "on the run" we don't have the means to stop and stir. I buy Dunkin daily so I'm not just being a Karen
