“It's Aroma Joe's, it's always good. The food is mediocre, especially since a few years back when their donuts changed completely. But the coffee is great, and that's what you're here for, right? The North Berwick one is a tad slow, and the drive through is a little weirdly placed, but it's not egregious.“

“Stopped by on a whim today while passing and man I made a mistake. I'm going to have to come here all the time now. The two owners (I'm assuming owners) were running things and we're awesome even with it being a bit packed. They were working very hard to greet each person and make sure they felt welcomed and noticed which was awesome to see.I got an absolutely amazing sandwich, mortadella with pesto and Italian meats and fresh crispy veggies I want to say, but could be missing/misremembering ingredients. Absolutely divine. In some banter between the owners I believe the husband makes them and he absolutely nails it.I also had an order of their rice balls and a slice of lemon cake. All of it was absolutely excellent and I will be back because life without those sandwiches just isn't worth it.Also, I didn't try the donuts. Another reason I have to go back.“

“The cutest little coffee shop with the sweetest employees. I always have questions when I order coffee, and the gal working was so patient with me. My iced coffee was DELICIOUS. We tried the pistachio bread and the lemon poppyseed muffin, both were delectable. The shop is so cute and inviting I just wanted to sit and relax and avoid real life LOL. It’s a little out of my way, but well worth the visit.“

“I stopped in here on a whim today looking for something sweet. The shop is beautiful and clean and the owner was so nice and kind. All of the items in the shop were reasonably priced, and there was quite a large selection. In addition to having standard cupcakes and Pastries, she had quite a selection Of both gluten-free and vegan options. I got four cupcakes and a muffin for $23 which I thought was very reasonable. The owner also gave me the wrong cupcake in my box, and instead of just swapping it out, she gave me an additional free cupcake, which was very kind of her. I ordered a salted caramel, smores, cookies and cream (v), and strawberry cupcake (v). The extra one she gave me was double chocolate. All of the cupcakes were great, the flavors were all well balanced without being too sweet. If you hadn't told me that two of the cupcakes were vegan I never would have known. The real star of the show was the banana streusel muffin I got. That might just have been the best muffin I've ever had in my entire life. It was almost like a banana monkey bread style muffin with a cinnamon roll glaze on top and I'm not kidding you I would drive 45 minutes back just to get another one of those muffins. I hope those are a permanent staple on her menu and if they aren't they should become one. The next time I'm in Dover I'll be stopping back in!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gf and vegan options!!“

“Went on a Sunday morning. Place was very busy! Line moved fast and employees were very nice. Very cute place. Got a hot chocolate, 8 mini donuts and a bacon breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Bagel was amazing! Hot chocolate very rich and delicious as well. Donuts are a hit with the whole family. Great place!“

“I’ve driven by Bread & Roses Bakery probably a Thousand times, each time saying to myself “I NEED to check this place out!”. Well to my delightful surprise, my son; Brycen, unknowingly brought me home an Iced Coffee & the Amazing ‘Pumpkin Whoopie Pie’ pictured below.The cake is moist, soft & lightly sweetened unlike others that feel like you’re biting into a 1lb bag of Sugar! The nutty Pumpkin flavor of what typically is made of Cinnamon & Nutmeg is also light and tastes Fresh! Non “Pumpkin Lovers” would also enjoy this ‘Pie’ as the flavor is not overwhelming and doesn’t take away from the deliciousness of the cake!The filling is sweet & creamy with a perfect texture. It is also slightly flavored with the Pumpkin spices but again, it is only a light flavor.This particular “Whoopie Pie” was purchased from the Ogunquit Beanery who apparently get the pies from Bread & Roses which I Just found out while writing this review. Regardless of where it was purchased the product is Amazing and I Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“Wow, truly wow! They are my go to for cake/cupcakes/pies/decorative cookies/ cake pops, whatever I need and I realize I have never left a review! Not only do their cakes look amazing and always so unique and creative, they taste amazing too! Their customer service is also top notch! They have made me branded cookies for my open house, specialty cupcakes for every occasion and cakes for every birthday and event. Up next, my biggest event of all, my wedding and there is no question who will be doing my cake! They never miss the mark or disappoint. Two local sisters who are incredibly talented at what they do! “My wife and I absolutely love this place. We used to go to their storefront in Ogunquit starting many years ago, and while we're sad to see their limited operating hours at the Wells location (compared to before) and the lack of display cases like they used to have, the quality is still top notch and the workers are fantastic. Amazingly delicious breads and pastries, including a phenomenal blueberry crumb loaf and dinner-plate-size choc chip cookies. The outdoor atmosphere and seating is more relaxing in this location and there's plenty of parking, which was definitely a challenge in the old spot. Ogunquit's loss is Wells' gain. Open 7-1, be sure to check this place out - you'll be glad you did.“

“I tried this place for the first time today and it was great. Cozy spot, organized, and good service. I got the cinnamon French toast latte and it was exceptional. The right amount of sweetness with a rich coffee flavor. Will definitely go again.“

“Spent the noodling around the area from Kennebunkport to Wells to Ogunquit. Stopped in for a Dublin Fog latte and a raspberry Danish. My friend had a White Mocha Latte (proclaimed as "over-the-top delicious ") and an almond croissant. The place has other offerings on menu boards and a plethora of macarons and light lunch options. Tables either accommodate twos or fours and there's a quaint if claustrophobic charm to the ambiance.“

“I can’t get enough of the sourdough spelt whole grain! It is exactly what I’m looking for in a bread - organic whole grain and actually real sourdough. I LOVE getting it the day it’s baked and making avocado toast, can’t beat it! Thank you for making an excellent quality bread!“

“First time customer, 100% ordering again. I was ordering a breakfast omelette, which was good, and on a whim saw that the maple squares are famous and so I just order one to see and by god. Amazing. I thought it would be like a maple sugar type of sticky thing idk but it’s this fluffy , airy , perfect donut like square with the best maple frosting. 10/10 recommend. This random find is going to be a regular for me“
