Visited this location twice while in old orchard beach, issues on both days. First day my coffee had grounds in it, second day they forgot to give me something we ordered and were billed for.
Had a dress suit on and she gave us the drinks and the coffee cup had a leak she even told us that, and spilt all over my dress pants. Was not happy and of course another dry cleaning. Next time serve hot drinks in a good cup better yet dont tell me your sending it to

THE DONUTS ARE AWESOME. But I've managed 3 coffee shops 1 which was major chain(CBTL). To add I've been successful in the restaurant industry for 17 yrs, so seeing the lack of care for the to go orders and the impersonal attitudes and lack of attention to detail makes me sad. The tables were all covered in crumbs. If your not a regular they treat you like dirt. It would be nice to be treated like a person not a $ symbol standing in line. I just think they could use a little coaching...read full review
