The ugly guy who runs the place makes me feel like I’m bothering him by asking for a coffee. I don’t need the attitude. PLENTY of other places to get coffee in this town. Won’t be stopping there again, but I doubt anyone cares…

Double D’Souza on Auburn st Portland is my #1 go 2 for all my morning needs before work! The morning crew are so so busy and they still have time for your wants and needs ! I go in and everything is always ready and perfect, and I always get a “Have a Great Day Larry”!

I have been here multiple times because my gym is across the street. The only thing they are consistent about is slowness. One time I was the only person in line, ordered a regular coffee and it took over 5 minutes. Not sure how it's possible to be so slow.

I can't believe this place sometimes. They close at a certain hour, yet refuse to make any food an hour before they close! You also employ people who won't touch pork products, really? I get it's a religious belief, but you have a business to run. If you have an employee who can't handle product, make sure you schedule someone with them that can. It's really just common sense. You should be serving food up until the moment you close. It's not hard to schedule that way. You close at five, schedule a person until six, problem solved. This is no way to run a business. Imagine how much money you have lost due to refusal to sell product!! I can go elsewhere, and often do, but is that really what you want people to do? It's a very poorly run business no doubt. Too bad because it's a convenient location. There are many other DD to go too. Maybe you own them all, and just don't care, sad......Dietary restrictions: You should offer more lower sugar items too. Not everyone wants a sugar laden donut, but would still enjoy a less sugar packed one!!

Hopefully will be replaced by non exploitative local businesses soon.
They only do drive-thru or mobile app pickup so I cannot walk over there with money and buy a coffee.

Lobby is closed? You need a car to get coffee at this Dunkin’. No lobby service, on a Sunday!! What a joke!!

This place sucks!! I'm a dd perks member. Got emailed of get a free coffee with ANY purchase to celebrate national coffee day. Today my husband and I order an xlarge and med coffee. As we're ordering we hear a voice yell out.." only if you order two mediums". At the window we tell her..the manager.. that ad says free medium coffee with any purchase. We are paying for an xlarge. She insisted it had to be another medium. I offered to buy food and was told again you have to buy a medium coffee to get the free one. Lady..you are going to lose money on your warped thinking!!. When we asked her to show us where it states that a medium must be purchased to get the free one she just gave us our coffees and facetious stated " have a beautiful day "..and she's running the place..what a joke!!!
