“These folks cannot be any friendlier or more humbly excellent at what they doThe food is clean, fresh, and traditional. It's not fusion and it's not funky, It's Salvadoran comfort food made with integrityNo matter what you want to eat, make sure you add the empanadas to your order“
“This is the larger of the two Flores restaurants in Portland. It features delicious Salvadorean food and a full bar.For those who haven't tried Salvadorean fare, it bears some similarities to Mexican or Cuban food. If you like either of those styles you will like this. In fact, they have tacos, burritos, tamales, and enchiladas for anyone looking for something a little more familiar. But make sure to try the pupusas, which are basically corn pancakes stuffed with cheese, meat, or other fillings. Also try the Sauteed Yucca (tastes like potatoes), which is deliciously seasoned. And the oxtail soup is top-notch.Try everything, you will enjoy it.“
“I absolutely love this restaurant. Their food is delicious, decently priced, and reliably consistent. Very friendly staff. I was sad to see that the dining room was closed, but ordered many of my go-to meals to go. Visit this place for the real deal Food.“
