Literally ordered a large 7$ dollar caramel frappe and received it without it being blended (literally giant chunks of ice only) and without any caramel whatsoever (I wish I was exaggerating), while watching the barista chat with her five friends that were taking up all the seats in the establishment, even though the person I went through it was disabled.

Although a little pricey (all Starbucks are), the food and drinks here are delicious. I got a chai with oat milk and a spinach feta wrap. I highly recommend both!

The staff at this location are either incompetent or they just don’t care. It doesn’t matter how many times you say no classic they will always add the classic sweetener. They will even repeat the order and say no classic yet still add it. It’s just sad.

Can't seem to get a hot coffee anymore at Starbucks. Their coffee is good if it's hot but 75% of the time it's just over warm.

I saw multiple homeless men with white powder on their nose in line for coffee one being fully nude with only a ball cap on, to my surprise the employees took their order with no second thought.i could tell most of the workers were in another world (probably breaking bad universe). I found beard hair in my coffee which did not taste creamy. i saw a man i can identify as gus fing acting as if he owned the place talking to a crippled man asking to see his "balls". I will never be visiting this establishment again especially not with my grandmother who had a seizure after witnessing these horrors

Ordered a venti toasted vanilla oak milk espresso and got a grande brown sugar espresso. Told them the board was wrong when ordered and they still gave me the wrong drink after I reordered. ??♂️

This location is horrible. The manager is insane, I came in one day to a girl that was working there she really needed to use the bathroom and the manager flipped out on her and told her thst she was not allowed to, last I knew this was completely illegal. And I spoke up about it . The manager at this location is abusive to their employees. I've never seen such a high turnover. That usually states somthing about the management system there. Do not support this location.
