This place is adorable and the menu looks amazing. We stopped in for takeout because they have homemade GF English muffins that were highly rated by reviewers. At 10:45 AM they were out of the GF English muffins and had zero other GF options. My husband ordered the Pastrami on Rye which was exceedingly small and dripping in grease. I ended up with a chocolate brownie ball which was quite good, however not worth the money. Neither selection was worth the money which is unfortunate because this place had great potential.May be worth a stop for a coffee or a cocktail but we won’t be back for food.

Find the time and go here. We stopped in for lunch and were fortunate enough to find seats right off. There are too many wows to list. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff and good ambiance, but there is only one table. The rest of the seating is bar stools squished around a horseshoe, not the most comfortable situation. The lattes were good but very small, in Japanese tea bowls. The English muffin sandwiches were pretty good but very messy, and there was only one vegetarian option. The pastries were the best thing we ate.

Went in wanting to try it so badly but found out they don’t offer any vegan sandwiches (and I don’t want to Frankenstein something together) ?

This is a nice and cozy spot. The atmosphere was great and the coffee and expresso was really good. We didn't try the meals but dessert was very good. If you're in the neighborhood it's worth stopping in.

Charming little cafe with amazing breakfast sandwiches on homemade English muffins! Honey Rose latte was an added bonus.

Amazing food! Accommodated our food restrictions and served a great Sammy. Sophie was our server and was adorable. We can't wait to go back!

Honestly I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with my order. This was my first time ordering from them. Not only were the staff unhelpful when I called regarding my order, but when my father went to pick up our order of three mystery bags of leftovers, we were only given one with barely anything in it. If each bag is supposed to be 45 dollar value we most certainly were missing two of the bags if not more, and it was very disappointing.

We got 2 breakfast sandwiches and a latte for $40 and they were really disappointing. The “forager” breakfast sandwich had oyster mushrooms, which I was excited about because they’re pretty luxurious mushrooms, but they paired them with American cheese… like the cheapy cheeseburger American cheese and it totally destroyed the flavor. Also, I didn’t even finish eating the mushrooms because I couldn’t bite into them! My teeth literally hurt from trying to grind through them. They were just like 4 inch long pieces of leather. My husband got their version of a classic breakfast sandwich, but they put a ton of ketchup on it, so that the English muffin was soaked in ketchup. And they put on so much cheese and two layers of eggs that every time he tried to take a bite it slipped apart, and it was just a mess. We appreciate the fact they were trying to make it hearty, and not skimp on ingredients, but it crossed over into just a sloppy mess. The service was good. The bartender was very friendly, polite, and kind but I think the kitchen staff might need some help.

This is one of my favorite places in Portland. The coffee is excellent, the atmosphere is so lovely, and the baristas are local treasures. Hooray for Future Swan (or at least that's what the regulars call it)!

I was excited to try this spot. I got the forager (mushroom) sandwich. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were cooked in bacon grease (even though I read this on the menu as a vegetarian option) and they were so tough I couldn't bite into them. Everyone working there was friendly, I just won't be returning.
