When they have good help it's ok but be prepared for idiots who don't care, your coffee won't be stirred so trying to drive and stir your coffee without spilling and your donut will be upside down in the bag so all the frosting sticks to the bag and you can call the manager but don't think anyone cares anymore, damn shame, customer satisfaction used to mean something.
We were greeted with a big smile and hello!!! The cashier stayed focused on us through the whole order. After ordering, when standing at the pickup window we were approached by another employee who asked if we needed anything. Behind the counter the employees were working to help each other. This was all so nice to see!!!
