Great place for a rainy day! Intended to go to a Mainers game but it got rained out. Ended up here for some soup. The service was a little slow as it is a woman and her husband doing all the work, and the day I went was very, very busy (probably given the weather). We had no where to be so we were patient, but others less so. The wait was worth it though and the beef pho soup was delicious.
Never regret ordering here. The large pho is around $15 and gives you a good helping of broth and meat/veggies. The wife loves the veggie pho and I've never had any issue with any of the different meat variations

So, no point of reference from previous ownership, but felt compelled to leave a review (mine are few and far between). I can attest to the oddly 1/4 to 1/3 filled water cups (although will bringer a pitcher of water out if asked). Based on a few interactions (mine and other customers) need to be clear and concise when ordering.
