So, no point of reference from previous ownership, but felt compelled to leave a review (mine are few and far between). I can attest to the oddly 1/4 to 1/3 filled water cups (although will bringer a pitcher of water out if asked). Based on a few interactions (mine and other customers) need to be clear and concise when ordering. Spring rolls didn't have the requested shrimp but the roll itself was still highly impressive, freshness and taste wise, and the sauce tasted fresh as well. Bubble tea was scrumptious, the large seafood pho was highly enjoyable with very fresh bean sprouts and cut peppers, and the vermicelli w/sliced beef was also adequate/fresh (the beef was phenomenal). No issues with being charged correctly here, had seen that on other reviews. All in all a "unique" experience, far from unpleasant though, hopefully the individual manning the food, checkout and bussing can work on the processes and square everything away, I do hope he succeeds. For one last point of reference, this was Easter Sunday and not busy, so did not see any customer turning away mentioned in other reviews.

Miss them dearly. Great place to get excellent sushi! Did they open in Wells? I'll check it out.

Ordered online, they told my husband they had no orders and didn’t accept online. Then they tell us they see it and that it’s almost ready after speaking with beyond menu (their online ordering platform). Get home and the “fresh” spring rolls have days old lettuce (brown and mushy), the peanut sauce has mold on it and the crab rangoons had plastic in it. When we called to get a refund they told us to call the company we ordered online through. Then they demanded we bring our food back. I sent photos of the food to beyondmenu and they refunded our order. Unless you want food poisoning I wouldn’t eat here.

Will update when i go in and speak with them tomorrow awful food not cooked all the way. Pho soup missing all the ingredients.. like everything except the soup...drunken noodles was cold in the middle after a 5 min ride home. When i arrived one guy was just yelling orders at a obviously new guy and not paying attention to anything. Maybe if you stopped yelling at your employees and packing orders instead you wouldn't have so many bad reviews. This place used to be amazing. Do not order.. if they do something about this when i go in i will update that part. Awful experience ?

This was one of our favorite spots for a delicious casual dinner. The SPECIAL General Tso Shrimp was so delicious with delicately deep-fried large shrimp and peppers in a tasty sauce. Went tonight; new owner; everything was bad except that the floor was definitely cleaner. Shrimp were not battered and fried; instead stir fried ... so much so that I had trouble cutting one with my fork. My dinner included half the shrimp of what we have come to expect at this restaurant. Moreover, one shrimp had black tail debris still in it. Sauce was tasteless. Owner was cooking and waiting tables, badly. Sorry but you've lost us with this epic fail!!!

Got my pho today and the bag of bean sprouts, basil and lime was so slimy and gross. The broth wasn’t clear and flavorful as usual and the rare meat in it was very sweet tasting. Food has definitely gone down hill. I did love the pho, but not if this is how it will be.

Ordered a seafood combo Pad Thai. One shrimp, one scallop, and 4 tiny pieces of Calamari. Expensive noodle dish in my eyes and to call this a combo. Totally dissatisfied. I didn't anticipate to be eating just noodles.

Took a chance on Christmas Eve because we didn't plan ahead and everyone had a long wait. I waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes while they made the order. I was told it was ready and handed a large bag with other sealed bags inside. Got home realized an entire entree was missing. Picking up my phone to call when my husband says " this chicken doesn't look right". I cut it open and the picture is what we see. All the chicken in 4 different containers was raw. I went down there and not only did the owner not apologize, he implied I stole the missing entree and should have checked all the bags before leaving. I spent $107 and he only gave me $42 back and asked me to give him $5 change back!!!! This guy has no business doing dishes nevermind running a restaurant.

Ordered at 1:30 for a pickup time of 5:30; was notified a half hour later that my order was ready, although I checked my order again and it did show a pickup time of 5:30. Arrived to pick up order and, indeed, bit had been sitting on the counter waiting for several hours. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Why offer to order ahead with a later pickup time if you're going to prepare it several hours ahead of the asked for pickup time?

The new owner is driving down the quality. This used to be my go to, but the last two times have been sorely disappointing. I went in the last day that the original owner was there training the new owner and it was already a different quality. I went in yesterday to see how things were going and I'm sad to say I will not be going back. My first issue was the drink offering. The owner asked if I would like hot tea or water. I asked if I could have both. Both resulted in a half a glass of iced water and two small tea cups worth of hot tea. I drank my water and sipped on my tea and was never asked if I wanted any more water. I didn't expect a refill of tea, but more than a half a glass of water would have been nice. I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and a regular chicken pho. The egg rolls were both dripping in oil and cold at the same time. The pho had no flavor. Usually the pho broth is nice and savory and I don't put a lot of extras in it, it stands alone as a wonderful flavor. This was so disappointing. I think I had about 3 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. The owner was not very nice to his singular worker either. The worker came out and helped clear a few tables and cleaned up, the owner immediately followed up with complaints and coming back out to re-wipe the already clean tables. I counted about 5 times he went to the back to fuss at him (pretty conspicuously) while I was there. The worker was doing a great job and seemed to be taking things in stride, but I don't know how long that will last. I'm so sad that this is what this place is becoming.

Quality of food today was horrible. Normally place is bomb. Pho was cold. Didnt give all the noddles for a soup, when you order 3 soups you expect 3 noodles. Not one for the whole family to share they when you go and ask for more they think your lying and start making a scene.
