I try to give these guys a chance once a week and everytime something is wrong. Today I ordered off the mobile app and got to the window only to be told they couldn't make my frozen coffees because they didn't have the syrup. She was nice and offered a frozen hot chocolate instead or a regular coffee which is fine but I paid over ten dollars for two coffees that would've normally costed me five six bucks. Very clean,and upbeat a great staff all around,I love the team work!!!Kid-friendliness: They treated my daughter like a princess...and that meant a lot.Wheelchair accessibility: The door to the front is even with thr street so it's easy for wheelchairs to drive in .

I had to contact corporate about the avocado toast I just received from this location. The “bacon” on my avocado toast was more like the burned on scraps of the oven? I took one bite and had to spit it out it tastes so disgustingly burned! The “bacon” is completely black and burned. Never been so disappointed. Absolute waste of $5!
