I am super late to this review, we ate here in February and now it looks like the place is closed? On the off chance they aren't I figure I'll write one anyway. We ordered food through uber eats one night during our stay in Portland and definitely got a few meals out of the portion sizes. Thank goodness the air bnb had a full kitchen, because we didn't let it go to waste. The chicken and beef were super flavorful and the soup was exactly what I was craving. Although, the soup wasn't as good leftover. I'd say I'd eat there again, but it might be a moot point.

We ordered for as soon as they opened for lunch and everything was dry, as if it was reheated from the night before.

This place was kind of expensive and not worth the money. It was kind of bland. The dumplings were good but nothing else. The chow menu is not actually noodles so don't get that if you want noodles.

I wasn't feeling well and just wanted some wonton soup. I was nearby so I drove over and because of the pandemic they only do delivery or takeout. I ordered a quart of the soup and had to explain several times that I only wanted the broth and the wontons, no vegetables, no chicken just clear soup. Within a short time it was ready. When I got home and opened the container it had a horrible odor. The color was like a mix of chicken and beef broth, which wouldn't be so bad if the didn't smell like crap, like an animal died under your car. I tasted it and it was painfully inedible. With hope I tried a wonton. It smelled worse tan the broth. It was so horrible. I tossed the broth down the drain and put all the wontons back into the plastic container and quickly took it outside so that disgusting small would be out of my house. I caution you, don't go there.

Came here on a tip from a friend driving Doordash. I called in for takeout and ordered: chicken fingers roast pork egg foo young mu shu chicken pan fried dumplings I thought Asia was pretty solid. The chicken fingers were breaded differently than everywhere else, with a little thicker and chewier breading, but filled with large pieces of white chicken meat. The dumplings were large and tasty and the dipping sauce was 100% The egg foo young was pretty great as well, with carefully trimmed pork without too much fat, and the mu shu chicken was well prepared with lots of chicken. I will definitely return and can comfortably recommend Asia for takeout (right now they are offering take out only)

These are my favorite dishes here. Standard Americanized Chinese food. Nearly everything else could be considered bland with variations of the same brown sauce, haha. However, great lunch buffet option around, pre-covid of course. I do hope they bring that back someday!!! The pan fried pork dumplings are also yummy on the buffet. Friendly staff, consistent food, fast and feels clean inside the restaurant.

Best pork fried rice I've had. Excellent food all around.

There are FOUR great things about this restaurant, otherwise you can get better Chinese food at ZEN, Empire, or Little China Express in Yarmouth:1) Convenient location and parking at Millcreek Plaza,2) Cheap lunch BUFFET with small but good variety of dishes (pre-Covid),3) Fantastic deep fried, non breaded chicken wings, lightly seasoned, and4) Really good Roast Pork Fried Rice.Everything else here is pretty bland and basic. All gooey sauces taste the same and Orange/Tso chicken is mixed meat & overly breaded, etc. Stay clear of those.

Great value for lunch from 11am to 3pm M-Sa. Great "American" Chinese food with healthy portions.

Extremely dry chicken. Burnt rice. Will not order from again.

Lots of food-yes. Edible-not so much. Was it right-partially. We ordered three meals for delivery. Two chicken dishes were so dry we couldn't eat them. Sesame chicken and General. It was like breaded jerky. The beef and broccoli was the opposite. So chewy and not much gravy. Then the rice. We told them we couldn't have pork. We got three pork fried rice. Being the only one who could eat it or anything that touched it, I got bad appetizers for a meal by default. The rice too was dry. Some like it wasn't cooked. It did not cure my craving, but it may have turned me off Chinese takeout for a while. And to top it off, the food was bland. Not spicy like the menu said. Not delicious like we hoped. We asked for no forks or other misc stuff-we got a bunch of things for the landfill. I wouldn't recommend and won't go back. Bad food or bad service can cover for a lack in the other, but not if both are bad.
