I have the Buffalo Wild Wings apps redeemed my points for a free 6 traditional wings (if you have the app you know that takes forever to get ) and then the manager Zach told me it’s not popping up so they can’t give it to me and I told him I didn’t want to pay for an extra set of wings so instead of honoring it even though I showed them on my phone it was redeemed they just threw them away and all my points still gone since it says it was redeemed never has this issue at other stores so disappointing.

Last UFC event I will be going to here. Watchrd the whole UFC300 only to have it shut off and asked to leave just before the main event. Bartenders were great and got a good tip.

It saddens me to have to write this review because it’s not my typical review but absolutely horrible experience! I do NOT recommend wasting your money here!-I called to place an order at 11:28pm (they close at 1am) and they told me they are only taking online orders, which I thought was weird. So I said “you can’t take my order over the phone?” And she said “no” & literally nothing else, no explanation or anything! So after some silence, I just hung up?? It was a very unprofessional and weird phone call.-In order to place my order, I had to then pull over into a parking lot since I was driving on the way home from work, which is very inconvenient-I feel it’s important to note there was only a handful of cars in this giant parking lot & when I went inside, maybe 4 or 5 tables were sat so not busy at all.-I ordered at 11:28pm and it said it would be ready at midnight. I went in at 11:50pm & my food was ready but already cold, which means it clearly did not take the 32 minutes & had been ready FOR AWHILE or was pre-cooked & that’s just gross. They also don’t keep the food in food warmers. Just in bags on a counter.-The hostess was, to be blunt, rude. She wasn’t at the counter when I arrived so someone had to grab her from the kitchen & then she said “what do you want?” I was very taken aback to say the least! I just asked for my order and left. I checked it in the car, which is how I knew it was cold, but I was so tired I just settled with the fact I would have to heat it up at home. Going in, dealing with the rude staff, and having to wait again after a very long day just didn’t seem worth it to me.-There was also a belligerent woman in the parking lot, screaming obscenities, and I was not getting involved in that-On top of all that, the food ended up being inedible mush. The only thing somewhat edible was the boneless wings but the mild wings were lacking sauce & so dry. Everything else, even the fries and cheesecake were disgusting. The cheese sticks are literally just cheese sticks you probably can buy at the grocery store & battered. They were so tough & chewy. The cheesecake had no flavor except that of straight cream cheese & the fries were soft & also flavorless.I’ve been to other BWW in other states & never had so many issues. Really sad. Terrible place. Parking: In a plaza type situation so plenty large parking lot with plenty of spaceWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, large place with open space. I was there when it was empty so may be harder when full but tables looked low and I didn’t see any booths.

Don't order take out from here. They will charge your card, but the actually order will not go through. Manager tried fighting with me when i told her my card got charged for an order that actually didn't get made. Take out people are also rude unfriendly and seem to not want to be at work. Don't waste your time and money on this place. WON'T BE BACK.Teach your staff and management customer service skills.

Do not order take out from here! The last few times I’ve ordered doordash or made a to go order there’s been missing items. Tonight all I ordered was 2 burgers, and they forgot one of the burgers! How does this happen? If it was one time then whatever but this has happened multiple times. I don’t understand why it’s such a big issues, and I’m sure it’s happening to other people not just me. I won’t be ordering from them anymore I guess.

I’ve been living in the states for 4y and I never been treated like that, I went to a buffalo wings at South Portland, ME. and the staff there just refused to attend us at the 3rd time come back (from picking up a friend) and still hanging out, and they just alleged that we were rude before we left. Me and my friends left after this humiliation.But , I’ll bet there tomorrow morning to talk with theirs manager about all of that,

I ordered the 6 boneless wings and 6 traditional wings. These wings were grossly dry. It appears to me like they were cooked ahead of time and then warmed up and a little bit of sauce put on them. Nothing juicy about these wings or the boneless wings. dry breaded wings. Reminded of wings that I would buy out of a bag at the local supermarket. I will not be a repeat customer. Also , the waitress was an obvious smoker who did not hide the smell of stale cigarette smoke on her person. Kinda grossed me out!
