Good food, good drinks, don't care for the music but after a couple of their drinks it gets better. I like the night shift people better than the day shift people. I have gone back it's a good time at night.
I don't travel to the Portland area often for food, so when my father-in-law wanted Mexican, we just happen to come upon El Rodeo during our drive after other locations were not open or had 2 hour waits. There is plenty of parking in a private lot. Both the exterior and interior entrance was well kept and clean. First time dining tonight, and it was phenomenal. Plenty of chips on the table, server was excellent and fast, food came out in minutes from ordering! The atmosphere was clean and the staff was so kind. The chimichangas we ordered were perfectly crispy and they accommodated change of sides! They even make guacamole in front of you. I am so impressed and will be back.
