Person taking order through drive thru sounded nearly comatose. Girl at window was very friendly and kind. Older woman who made my latte took a very long time. Hash browns I ordered by redeeming points on the app were rock hard and inedible. Seriously disgusting. Latte was ok.
Wow. This place is beyond unorganized. Why give me the option for walk-in pickup when this establishment LOCKS their front doors? Isn’t the purpose of walk in pickup to avoid being stuck in a drive thru? It normally wasn’t an issue due to them putting the pickup booth literally in the walkway in front of locked doors (still garbage). I’ve been waiting in line now for my pickup for 7 minutes and they have only served ONE car. I understand staffing is low, but this is ridiculous.
