“I mean, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. The service is pretty good and the food is exactly what you’d expect. During the summer, wait times are a tad slow but during the off season, things are perfect. They often have staffing issues during the summer and need to shut down, which is really my only complaint. Sometimes their iced tea or iced coffee leaves a lot to be desired; meaning they let it steep a little too long and you can tell, but otherwise great!“
“I only gave a 5 star because of my experience today. Everytime I come here they always forget something or don’t do my order right. Garret on the other hand read the order at the window and made sure that I had everything. Best customer service skills. I’m use to not even a greeting from the person at the window. Good job Garret. You should be the general manager actually caring about the place that he works for.“

“Worth the trip! Glazed donuts were my fave(but tried a variety). Fried in healthy fat(lard) and no vegetable oil! Fantastic.Note: Not the fault of the donut shop, but the city of Portland is wild! Next time we are just gonna drive-by-pickup the donuts and head out! It breaks my heart to see the crime and the people who are passed out on the sidewalk from drugs.“

“Really good locally made fresh donuts and handpies (raspberry, apple and Bavarian cream), Should have bought more for the long road trip, but also glad I didn't buy more because I shouldn't eat them to begin with. I am told this place has staying power . . . they've been in the same location since the 90s and been in business since the 70s. I'd definitely visit when I am passing through the area again. The coffee here leaves a bit to be desired . . . it tasted like it was sitting for a while and bordering on being burnt.“
“The girls that are there every single morning are just absolutely amazing they deal with the rushes like they don't even exist meaning they just keep going and are nice to everybody regardless of the situation. I work right across the street so I come here at least 2 to 3 times a day and I have not had a bad experience since I started coming here. “Amazingly fast service first thing on Monday morning! Made me wish that dunkin allowed their employees to be tipped! I had a big order and it was done in less than 5 minutes, with 100% accuracy. Would highly recommend choosing this dunkin as there are many in the area.“
“98% of the time you get the correct points for your purchase. I aLways order in the app for the points. This Momday the 8th the internet was down all over the city, so you couldn't get your 100 points for Order ahead in the app MondayKind of a rip off when you don't get your points“

“There’s a massive power outage across southern Maine right now and this is the only Dunkin anywhere that was open this morning…I went this morning and the amount of people there was insane, and as someone who works in the restaurant industry I’ve never seen anything like this before. There were only three people working and all were doing an amazing job! I received excellent customer service despite the hell these people were being put through. I wish I had gotten their names because all of these employees deserve a raise for persevering through the most insane rush I have ever witnessed.“
