Never disappoints! Recently had the gluten free pizza and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

OTTO is the best pizza i've had in a long time, the staff was so incredibly nice and had fast service and I was welcomed in with big smiles. Such a good crew!

Google states this restaurant closes at 9p but there have been 3 times I have tried to pick up my order between 8p and 9p and they have closed early, and I couldn’t get my food. Great pizza, would recommend, just not close to their closing time.

This is the 3rd time I’ve put in a delivery for pizza and Otto’s has closed before their stated time of 9pm. I understand times are tough, but I watched the employees walk out and leave me sitting in the parking lot after telling me “we don’t have your order”….

Ordered pizza online, arrived at 6:40, was told 5 minutes wait time. Got pizza at 7:05. Heard people call in an order and pick it up all while I was waiting on my 1 large pizza. Was offered a cookie for the wait. First and last visit, my time is worth more than a cookie.

Delicious pizza! And very grateful for the Gluten-free options for my husband. Wish we had Otto Pizza in Pennsylvania.

Pretty good, about what you'd expect. They don't skimp on toppings!

Ordered 3 cheese slices and one speciality slice, a soda and two PBRs. Had a punch card for a free slice and the cashier took the card but did not honer the free slice. When asked when our beer was coming we were told that all they have is what is in the cooler, we were not told to grab our own beers. No PBRs in the cooler. We asked if they could check outback and when she return we were given two miller high lifes. $35 without tip for technically 3 slices, 2 millers and a lemon/lime soda.

Very good thin crust pizza. Excellent sausage, sauce and onion. Small outdoor area to eat. Nice Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan cheese

Yet another Otto store front full of young rich kids who'd rather play around than work. Lol, first, barstool got it on camera, now im seeing it's a trend among locations. No one represents Otto's more than young kids who could care less about the business. No wonder everyone would rather go in town & get pizzaiolo, montes, or hell I'd honestly rather go to pizza villa, honestly. Made me cringe watching a bunch of hipster teen kids run a store front so poorly, poor time management and nothing but goofing off. Watched about 6 boys fill the lobby to buy slices of pizza, just to literally give the slices away in the parking lot because they didn't like what they got. Crazy when your customers would rather give their food away than eat it.

We gave them 2 years of occasional visits.. "benefit of the doubt " I guess? We could talk about details of bad attitudes, cold pizza, no plates and napkins for takeout, etc etc - but the bottom line: Not good.

Pork and scallion had legit no meat on it and so many scallions. 100% not worth it and will never go againReviewing again. Same thing happened again. Basically paid for a pizza with one slice that had pork on it and the rest is scallions…
