So the lady that checks you out when you order for pick up is always rude. Today was really annoying the fact that I spent $70 I asked for some plates to eat as I'm starving. Please tell me why this people always give an attitude when asked for plates. Be kind and nicer it's FREE to do so. You don't know how people's days are and with attitude like this makes it harder. Sadly I won't be going there after today's experience really bummed me out, because it's my husband's and I favorite place for their Pad Thai and crab ragoons.

This is the best Thai I have had in this area. Very fresh and the seasoning is spot on ! It can be prepared mild to spicy! The curry is very authentic in flavor. I have tried many dishes here and found they all seem to carry the best aromatic smells and flavors . The staff seem friendly when I pick up orders to go ! When ordering delivery it takes forever! So patience must be your strong suit when wanting delivery. I haven't eaten inside so don't know the Ambiance. But really enjoy the food.

This place is awful. We ordered the spicy pad Thai and it smelled absolutely rancid. Couldn’t even stomach the couple bites we had. Then the waitress wouldn’t take it back. Just rude for no reason whatsoever. The crab fried rice was also very bland. Terrible food, terrible service. 0/10 do not recommend, please go elsewhere for good Thai food.

What the hot happened to Pom's beautiful spot? I'm no stranger, been eating here since Henry Danger. The food is slipping and the mood is full of attitude. The two people running this place.. food with double attitude bringing everyone to another latitude. Pom, help this place...gratitude

I am a very picky eater (I hate that I am) but love Poms Pad Thai (all 3 locations). I can't really say why it is but I have not been able to find any other pad thai that comes close to theirs. I wish Poms had a location in Brunswick, where my home is, especially since I have not found any similar and so I will only have pad thai when I am eating out in Portland or Sopo area. I always order their pad thai. I love their fried spring rolls and the sauce they come with! I also love the fried bananas with honey if I splurge and have room for dessert!
I would highly discourage coming to this place. The customer service is awful and the pad Thai we had uncooked chicken. They are also very cheap and even told us to throw away an Starbucks cup that we had with little coffee to finish up. The other food we tried was also mediocre.

Friendly staff and the chicken pad Thai is very good! Service is exceptional, every time I call in, my order is ready and waiting. I had to update my review to five stars. I gave a four-star review last time because it is not the best pad Thai I've ever had. However the best place no longer exists so this is the best available. That is saying a lot, I am very picky with my pad Thai ? Highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I haven't tried anything else on the menu but if it's anything like the pad Thai I'm sure it's great!

I ordered takeout from here but in part thanks to a lack of attention from me and in part thanks to GrubHub and their dire app it was the wrong restaurant. I believe they are connected but I ordered from the one in downtown Portland! Despite my error the restaurant made good on the order which I quickly had and the food was great!I don’t live in the area but next time I’m back I’ll be going to this place again, great service, great food.
