First, they got my smoothie order wrong THREE times. Overcharged me for protein that was included in the smoothie I actually ordered, then gave me an employees smoothie instead of my own, and the employee complained to me she was going to be late now because of it...Went to eat my chicken flatbread and the chicken wasnt even luke warm (definitely outside of safe chicken temperature ranges for food safety) and ended up giving me food poisoning. They need to have their food safety license taken away.

I used to always go to this drive-thru. But I've noticed over the years that it has gone downhill fast. The staff are rude and not quick to service you. Every time I go it's at least 30-45 minutes from the time you enter the line to the time you receive your food. On this particular visit I had called to check to see what was going on as I had been second from the window and the person in front of me had not been spoken to and the woman who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. Once I got up to the window(it was open) I then could hear her talking very poorly about me with her other coworkers (cussing very loudly and acting very unprofessional I am positive the people in the lobby could hear her) I will not be going here ever again, the smoothies are never the same each time and the employees are just unpleasant.

For some reason the staff could not refund???? Anyway they said the manager would take care of it. Never got the refund….. never got a call……. Really unprofessional staff. We were in Westbrook for the Paper City Classic Basketball Tournament that our 10yr old is participating in this weekend and we had some time to kill between games. We decided to go see a movie; Dune 2, which was Amazing but the theater didn’t serve Any real food! It was an almost 3hr movie so we didn’t have time to sit down at a restaurant and also didn’t want our son to have anything heavy sitting in his stomach before he had to play his next game. I remembered that there was a Tropical Smoothie Cafe nearby and I’ve been Dying to try their new bowls. I opened up my handy dandy TSC app (Their Rewards Program is Awesome btw) and ordered a Curbside Pickup Order so that we could quickly pick up our healthy meals and get to our son’s next game in time. We ordered the Acai Bowl and Green Dream Yogurt Bowls for my Husband and I. We ordered a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie with a Three Cheese Chicken “Dilla” (Quesadilla) for our son.Upon arrival I decided to run in as it was raining and I didn’t find it very fair to make someone have to run our food out and get wet. I walked in and my son’s smoothie was already prepared and waiting for us on the counter. When I told the employee who was working the counter; Abby, my name she informed me that there was an issue with our order and that they didn’t have the ingredients in stock to make either of the bowls we had ordered. She apologized and said “I don’t know why the app even allowed you to order out of stock items”. I was Super disappointed seeing that we literally went there to try the new bowls but Abby ensured me that she would do whatever she could to make sure we left happy! She told me that they had the ingredients to make the Chia Oatmeal Pudding Bowl which although didn’t sound very appealing to me at the time, ended up being Absolutely Delicious!! She also offered us both a Smoothie of our choice to make up for it! I got my regular, the Avocolada and ordered the Peanut Paradise which I added blueberries to for my Husband. Which we both enjoyed.Now, although this location is starred as my “Favorite” on their app, I had never actually been inside this TSC and Wow is it Big in comparison to the others I’ve visited.In conclusion, although initially disappointed by the inability to get what we went their for, we all ended up being very happy with our visit thanks to Abby’s kindness and excellent customer service skills. I would absolutely recommend this location and found it to be spacious and cleanly.Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten Free and Celiac friendly options.Kid-friendliness: Spacious location with Great Kids Meals and JR. I've seen a lot but I've never seen the person at the window of a drive through be on a personal phone call the entire experience so much so that they can't even look you in the eye or greet you. The girl at the window just now had her phone wedged on her shoulder and never once looked up or said a word until she forgot a part of the order. I wonder why??? ? She couldn't even acknowledge me. I felt like I was a nuiscance to this girl b/c of how I was treated and I'm a regular here at least 3x a week. The staff is ALWAYS so wonderful here but NOT today. B/c of this ridiculous display of service I just called the Manager and another VERY rude girl picked up. She defended the girl on the phone at the window fully misunderstanding why I was calling. I simply hung up on the trashy Manager and told her to chk the store's Google reviews. These 2 classless girls need to be replaced with the quality we are all used to. Is this what things have come to? Is service so hard to get that this is now allowed? When you pay attention to doing your job with some class you may actually keep it! Acknowledge people when they pull up to spend their $, act like you actually want to be at your job vs on personal calls, and treat people with some level of decency!

Me and a co worker usually go every Wednesday for a smoothie and always at So Portland Me one and the past 2 times the smoothies have been horrible. Not sure what the issue is we always get Bahama Mama's and it has not tasted good both times. Not sure if we will goback.
