Come here every year for ice cream cakes, usually very prompt and ready but I went to pick up my cake today and it wasn't even prepared even though I had called yesterday to check on it. I needed it ready for noon and I didn't get to leave with it till 1230. It also wasn't fully finished, missing the cheesecake pieces on top. No crossed t or dotted I in the lettering. My husband and I love the chocolate ice cream cones here. Always stop and get one when going through Waterville as this store, unlike others, is open all year round. One thing we have been noticing, though, is the size of the cones. We always order a large but the large seems to be shrinking! and getting smaller everytime but the price continues to go up.
