“Absolutely the best pizza in the area other than a few mom and pop stores. I truely love their pizza my only complaint is i think the owners think there is a world wide mushroom shortage. every time i order a pepperoni and mushroom i get around 10-12 pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza. so be prepared to order double or triple mushrooms to get anything that resembles mushrooms on a pizza. This is what i got when i ordered extra mushrooms.“
“Never been let down from Portland pie. I eaten a few things not a once a week kinda review. Certainly steak an cheese is A++! There pepperoni pizza was best I have as far back I can remember. Not one slice leftover. Now the healthy eater in the house. Have many salads, Brussel sprouts all that green and healthy stuff and it's always A++.I'm speaking even for those people and they got to be out there! “This place is sinfully amazing! I am nervous about leaving a review about their cannoli in fear that they will be hard to get, they are that yummy!! As I told the owner who is just as sweet as her bakery, I only get cannoli’s in NYC. NOt anymore!!! Not only are they as good as the ones in NYC, they are creamy and smooth!! There is no grit and the filling tastes like it should!! The breakfast sandwiches are really good too!! You are missing out if you don’t give her a try. They serve gluten free that my coworker drives to to get her treats!! Oh, and she makes specialty cakes, I can’t wait to for her to make the one I will need soon!!“

“What an exquisite slice of space in Waterville with the most delicious pizza in Maine! From wood fired oven, great crust, delicious sauce and all the toppings it's a clear winner. I'm vegan and delighted to report they can accommodate with vegan cheese. Of course they have that ooey gooey delicious dairy cheese as well. They have gluten free options. The vibe is off the beaten path and I found it completely inviting, warm and friendly. I've wanted to go for a few years when I housesit in the area but due to COVID they had take out only after 5 p.m.for a while. I'm not one to venture out too much after dark in the winter so was delighted to find they have dine in back. They still offer take out after 5 p.m. on certain days. I will frequent Grand Central Cafe and am telling my friends about this great find. The atmosphere just adds to their delicious pizza.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options as well.“
