Hands down, the absolute BEST food. So yummy!! I got the vegetarian Bombay Masala that is so crazy good. And the Aloo Naan is delicious ! I am not local but if I was, I would come here every week. If you are in downtown Waterville, do not miss out!
Best mango lassi in the state I love it. My girlfriend and I love their curry chicken and chicken biryani as well. The girl up front does basically everything by herself from taking orders to busing and doing take out and she's very nice.

The Jewel of India is a locally owned non chain restaurant. They do a great job with friendly service and serving really amazing food. The staff does a great job of describing the menu and making sure your not getting a hot dish if your palette can't take it, buuut they will also kick up the heat if that's what u like.
