I ordered 3 med pizzas, and a large. They were ready quickly.However, the person who took the phone order misspelled/misheard my name. When I went to get the pizzas, they almost wouldn't give them to me! I told them what I ordered to prove who I was, and it's not politically correct, but the order taker didn't have English as a first language, and after repeating my name several times, and again at the counter when I was trying to get them home still hot, it was tedious at best.The location was dark and felt like a place you go to get illicit drugs. It appeared closed from the outside, no happy neon "OPEN" sign (or at least it was so dim you couldn't see it from a distance), only a couple cars in the lot, no signage to show how to find the driveway. It's an unmarked driveway in the midst of a lot of traffic lights and well-lit intersections. This drive also serves Kentucky Fried Taco Bell, and they don't have signage either, and no access to the Marden's parking/shopping lot directly behind it.The pizzas were flatbread. That was the positive in this transaction. It didn't give me a bloated yeast reaction.But they were SMALL, INCREDIBLY SMALL. I FORKED OVER $70, and couldn't believe how little toppings were on them and, I'm sorry, but they were all bland and the tomato sauce was devoid of flavor.My unvarnished reaction was "What a ripoff!" And I still had to bring them back to the large gathering to eat. It was frankly embarrassing and there was no time to go elsewhere.Parking: Nondescript driveway - no signage. No access to the shopping center behind it. Difficult to find.

Service is always through the roof but our waiter LJ has such wonderful customer service. He was always smiling and kind to the bone! Incredibly patient with my 7 yr old and went above and beyond. He definitely stood out from most waiters and waitresses I've had in the past anywhere. He definitely made a big impression on our family in the best ways!

Pizza Hut donated personalized pizzas to the mid Maine shelter today- I am someone who’s living in the shelter and even though I called and said thanks I wanted to write a review letting people know the kindness from this place of helping those in need and how they fed others.Thanks again so much from all of us staying here. Bless your hearts4*’s because are at the shelter for atmospher ? ha ha but if was in person at the place would have gotten a 5 lol (meant as a joke)Food and service is amazing and thanks again10**********For their kindness and generosity ?????????From all of us here thanks againGemma

Foods decent, service is usually pretty friendly, the downfall is the interior, it needs a major renovation, it's extremely old and while they tries to clean it it's just extremely run down and out of date

Best Pizza from Pizza Hut in a while. Personal Pan pizza was excellent. Bread sticks were tasty too.
I don't know why I keep having bad experiences with pizza places in Waterville.I'm not a mean or demanding guy. I ordered delivery an hour before closing, which I didn't find particularly unreasonable, and both times I was hung up on. The second time I called the person pretended he couldn't understand my language and hung up on me after the first employee hung up on me.I went in person and witnessed this person sweeping the floor, then sweeping the dish shelf, then back to the floor.I really like the food here, but I can't get this experience out of my head.

Got take out. The food was very good. Wings are very tasty and priced right compared to other restaurants. No Salad Bar or Buffet at this location. It's a shame. I really enjoyed those. The location in Skowhegan brought the salad bar fairly recently for those looking for that option.
