Very nice Dunkin Donuts. Great location, very clean, staff is nice. Food and drinks were excellent.
I go to Dunkin's in Kittery every single day. I have to day the manager is amazing. She's kind and very customer oriented. Today I went there and ordered a bacon egg wrap. When I opened it, it was burnt. I looked to the girl who gave it to me, young, red hair, rude.I said this is burnt. She made a face at me, that I can only describe as a "what do you want me to do about it". And then she walked away. I said "are you serious right now? Another girl, who I assume is the weekend manager, and has always been great, told me I needed to be nicer to the rude girl, because she was young. I'm sorry, if you're old enough to get a job, you're old enough to try your best at it. The appropriate response would have been "I'm sorry, would you like another sandwich.We all know this Dunkin's donuts has had its share of bad reviews. This customer will be going to Eliot now, where they are all more professional.

quick easy food. actual food always tastes like chemicals. no other dunkin in the area does, but fast service and great people. i suggest getting a donut over a wake up wrap. my order is a medium iced coffee with no sugar or creame add chocolate sauce. try it out.
