I have been going to Horizons restaurant for several years now with my mother and my sister. The food is always good and unique. We would take our mother to Horizons, and she loved Freddy who waited on us a few times. We live in New Hampshire so we don’t know how Freddy is doing but we are hoping he is still with us, because we’d like to see him again and enjoy the great service that he gave to us. Quite simply, the food was good, as was the service. The setting was a little cramped, but okay. I would go there again, but honestly, it wouldn't be my first choice. The prices were a bit lower than we've found in other area restaurants, and the food quality was good as well. It's not really accessible for anyone with mobility issues, both for access and maneuvering around inside. An okay location for small families due to its limited space. Nice friendly place for breakfast. Only complaint would be the 2 additional .90 charges on the bill. Guess they were probably for sour dough toast and rye. Staff should NOT offer everything as if it's included, make it clear if there is an upcharge. I only wanted 1 piece of toast anyway, and ended up paying extra. Would have declined.
