Stopped in on our way back to NH. Ordered 2 italians. One thin slice of ham the length of the sandwich and very thinly sliced cheese and a TON of thick tomatoes, a few onions and olives. So I guess now if you want a normal amount of ham (like you get at most other sub places, even at Subway) you have to order double meat? So, is double meat two thin slices of ham instead of one? Weird and stingy. Not sure I would go back again. Not how I remember it for sure.

Haven’t got my order correct one time. Always talking to each other during orders and that seems more important to them. It sure if it’s that or they won’t let you add anything to a sub. Go to Michigan for real subs. They food might be good if they made it to order.

Ridiculous! Ordered a DOUBLE HAM and cheese sub with lettuce, pickles, Mayo and salt and pepper! Pretty simple? NAH I got home and had a SINGLE HAM and cheese with every vegetable possible and no Mayo and no salt pepper! Brilliant people working at that place! ??♂️

This location has really improved since I was here last. The service was great, the guy working the cash register was very friendly and food was ready when we got there. The food was put together well. The only complaint being that they forgot oil on the side but luckily we had some at home.From 2020-2022 they seemed to struggle with staffing so it reflected the customer service and I believe thats why the reviews don't reflect the current experience.

got an eggplant wrap. asked what was in it and they acted super confused and didn’t even know for themselves. they said lettuce and tomato. sounded yummy so i decided to go with that. when i took a bite, i immediately spit it out. the eggplant was ice cold as if they just took it out of the fridge. rubbery, cold, disgusting. absolutely zero condiments so it was dry as hell. super bland. who wants ice cold eggplant with lettuce and tomato and that’s it?? went back and was told “that’s just how it’s made.” ordered an italian instead and nothing tasted fresh. insanely sour pickles, covered with olives and peppers. also found what appeared to be an eyebrow hair on my pepperoni. didn’t each much. will not be back.
