I am a big fan of these cookies and you will be too if you like giant, soft, doughy cookies. They are designed that way - and are absolutely delicious and fresh. They come warm unless the description of a cookie says it's chilled. I have only done curbside pickup (love that option). The Rock Row Crumbl employees have been nothing but pleasant and prompt. Most days I can't get there before 6pm and I appreciate that they don't sell out before then (though it occasionally happens).
Cookies are overall very good. The ones with frosting are the best. Don’t go late at night because they often run out of the best flavors until the next day when they make more.

These guys are amazing and the cookies are always fresh and warm!! They are prompt and very polite as well. You always feel so welcomed in the store and it's a warming feeling that makes you wanna return. This will always be my go to location!! Rock Row is hands down one of the BEST locations!!
