“Bring your muscles. You'll need them for the door and the amount of food you'll inevitably get while here.Opened in 2019 closed for COVID and now back on the map!Easy to find parking is quick and seating is spacious. The food was incredible and service was great as expected for a small business in Maine. On my top 5 to eat places in this areaWheelchair accessibility: A little tight getting in also have someone hold the door for you. It's heavy.“
“Love it. My wife and I go here most weekends. I always order the spicy chicken biscuit with a side of hash browns. The entire ensemble is excellent. My wife gets the corn turkey hash or avocado toast - both also excellent. Go on the weekends when they offer the best homemade donuts in town - different every week. The specials are always special. Everything is home-made.“
“This place is exactly what I was looking for after a weekend in Portland visiting breweries. The service was fast and friendly and all of our food was delicious. We had the Cajun Scramble and Sausage Scramble along with the cornbread. There were three of us so we each tried a different flavor as they have blueberry, plain, and jalapeño cheddar. You could tell everything was cooked to order and prepared well. The dining room is active with workers and customers and the walls are colorful and decorated with local art. I would definitely return when back in the area.“
“Soldi breakfast experience. I had the Irish Benedict (poached eggs on corn beef hash with hollandaise). Was quite good, thinly sliced home fries could have been a bit crispier. Will have to come back for the pancakes soon. Prices very reasonable, good value for money.“
“Once my lunch companion was able to sit down, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast for lunch. The host was NOT helpful. Twice, I asked to sit closer to the door since my friend could barely walk with her cane, but the host stated those sections were closed and tried to take us to the back of the entire restaurant! NOT HELPFUL to my friend walking painfully. Fortunately, Diane (?), our waitress interrupted the host to seat us where we were standing, overriding his objection as host. Diane proved awesome, attentive & friendly. With a genuine smile, she helped us make selections of French toast platters. We left completely stuffed with scrumptious food. Our waitress even suggested that the walk back to my car would be shorter (by half) via the side door if we didn't mind a step. Thank you!! Apart from the host, our experience was a delight.Parking: Ample parking with handicap accessible spots to side of building.“
“Brea Lu's new location is just a little further into Westbrook but still super easy to get to. Food is always super delicious!Word to the wise though: dont force yourself to eat the whole pancake. I saved half and ate it over the next 2 days!“
