Never in my whole had I seen such level of negligence. I ordered a chicken burrito with no cheese, while waiting for my order, I read on the receipt “saus burrito”. I asked the staff to correct the order for I have never eaten sausage and don’t eat pork due to my religious beliefs. I saw 3 of the staff laughing at my request and came to me saying they changed it. After 5 to 10 minutes, the food came and didn’t bother to check because I was rushing to work. When I got to the office, and finally took a bite, I could not tell what was in my mouth but it wasn’t chicken at all. I rushed back to the Chick fil, the manager on duty “ Emily Moore”, gave me an attitude which made me realize that they don’t care at all about what we eat, as long as they get their money. Highest form of negligence and unconscious/conscious bias from staff.

What can I say? I love Chick-fil-A. I was craving comfort food so I ordered their mac and cheese and some chicken tenders. They really hit the spot. If you haven't tried that mac and cheese you are missing out.

Dont often go out of my way to leave a review but its well deserved! Customer service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Restaurant clean. Bathrooms clean. Food was great. The fresh flowers on all the tables and the fact they bring the food right to your table was a nice touch! I was very impressed.

Everyone here is always so courteous and friendly. They look you in the eye when they’re talking to you and actually smile. I’ve seen the manager there twice in the evenings and he is always very kind.It is one of the fastest chick-fil-a’s I’ve ever been to and also one of the cleanest. There is even an opening to behind the counter when you’re standing off to the side and you can see how clean the floors are even there.
