I was skeptical of this Chipotle because of the previous reviews. But I wanted to come on here and say, that's one of the best chipotle bowls I've had. Meat and fajita vegetables were cooked perfectly. Everything tasted perfect. No complaints whatsoever

Sign on door says out of chicken, rice, and hot salsa. After ordering, heard the manager tell a pickup customer they had all those items for the online ordering, but not for walk-ins.

The food tends to be very good by fast-food standards. Like with most Chipotle Grills, the dining area is dirty and uninviting. Would it kill the staff to wipe down the tables every now and again?

The person making the food was the most unfriendly individual. She gives off such a nasty attitude and makes you feel like you'd rather be anywhere else. When I complained to the person at the register, I was told, "English is her second language". That is absolutely NO EXCUSE for poor customer service. A smile and a friendly attitude goes a long way and has no language barriers.

Sucked. Tiny portion, wrong ingredients, burrito looked like it was wrapped by a 6 year old. Grossly overpriced.
I arrived at the store at 9:30pm last night and their closing time on google is at 10pm. In the restaurant it was 4 girls eating and when the employee saw the lights from my car pull up. She came from behind the counter to lock the doors and close the window shades at only 9:30pm.

This place sucks. I've gone here multiple times and it's been consistently bad. Most times their soda machine is down and they don't offer any solutions. Almost every time, they're out of ingredients for things and don't communicate to online customers. Dining room is dirty and 4 out of 6 employees just standing around. I'll never go back. Reached out to chipolte on their website and wasn't offered a refund. Go to Rio Bravo in the same plaza instead.
