Very rude customer service. Seemed put out to take my order. They handed me my sandwich and I thanked them and was responded to by “yup”. The sandwich was good but I will not be returning to any Firehouse sub establishments.

Before you leave, check your sandwich. I drove all the way home just to find my sandwich had mold right on its top bun. That’s just ignorance - it was obvious the second we opened the box. The manager Kristie was also extremely rude, told us “It’s not that big of a deal” when we asked for a refund. Only good thing were the two ladies working cash register. Kristie needs to hire competent sandwich makers or find a new job with her poor attitude:

We love Firehouse even though the app is a nightmare. Ordering a BLT is more difficult than it needs to be. Hook and Ladder sandwich is awesome. Staff is always friendly and willing to make things right.
