The price you see on the drive thru menu is not the price you are charged. I asked why I was charged more than advertised. I was told they do not control the registers or the menu boards. I was given a "phone number" to air my grievance. They number does not ring through and instantly hangs up on you. Poor reason for stealing from your customers

Several different times I’ve ordered food in the drive-thru only to get home to find that not everything I ordered and paid for was in the bag. This happened today, too. Paid $5.39 for 10pc nugget. Wasn’t in the bag when I got home. ????

Came threw the drive a couple days ago and the kid at the drive threw was I belive vaping and just on his phone at the window it made me feel completely uncomfortable I'm not sure of his name but he is taller with curly brown hair works first window ? not impressed and will be going to south portland from now on

Today was The most horrific and disgusting breakfast sandwich I have ever had!!!What they need to do is not allowed their breakfast sandwiches to sit under the warmer for long periods of time and then turn around and sell them to customersBecause what happens? Let me tell you…The English muffins, get hard as a rock and you end up chipping your teeth on them, or just outright breaking a tooth this way, and they’ll have a lawsuit in a heartbeat !!!You the person that spilt hot coffee on themselves and turned around and sued McDonald’s because the cup didn’t say it was hot, was bad enough???Let’s see what happens when somebody has an actual legitimate lawsuit because they broke two of their teeth on these hockey puck things they call English muffins…And then, when you waste your gas to go to the office just to have to jump back in your vehicle, and bring the breakfast sandwiches back to the restaurant and the manager gives you a friggin attitude about it, and two other employees felt the breakfast sandwiches and 100% agreed with me that they were absolutely too hard and should not have been served, speaks volumes for their customer service.I spent hundreds of dollars a week between myself, my family, and my coworkers… and from now on, I will either go to Burger King or I will waste the gas to drive all the way into Portland where they’re overall food and service experience is 1 million times better than this location… I will never use this location again in my life!!!!! And I could give a negative star review I absolutely would!!!

I walked through the door and the lady offered me an iced coffee. So I accepted Pumpkin spice was excellent. A good sugar shot and some caffeine to keep you awake.
It's bad enough your going to wait. Wait a long time going through the drive-thru. Even worse, getting home and realizing they forgot something. This happens all the time. I will no longer go to the Westbrook McDonald's. I will use the one in South Portland near the Mall. I would like to ask the owner why he doesn't care about all the negative reviews.

The food is the same as any mcdonald's nothing to different but the main reason for a 2 star review is the customer service is horrible especially the blonde heavy girl who just sits in the corner of the cashiers and watches everyone else work really sets a good impression and when i had a issue with the kiosk a manager had helped her get my order on the cashier but she still insisted on fixing the kiosk instead of just simply letting me pay up front. Many of the older workers are just as lazy and slow.
