My son and I went and we had a great time. Excellent customer service. We had fun and the price was reasonable and the food was good. Great afternoon and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. We will definitely go back.

Go to X-Golf instead, it is way better in every way.

I hardly ever leave a review of business's but I have been coming to Sim-City over the last 2 months on a weekly basis so I wanted to give my honest opinion. Why I am giving 4 stars - I think the location, and atmosphere is great and there are several minor things that could be improved to make it a true 5 star experience. Otherwise Sim-City is very enjoyablePrice: $40 an hour for sim time I find to be very reasonable, especially because I am usually golfing with 3 other people. So for 2 hours of sim time we each split four ways. $20 for me personally for 2 hours of sim time is very good and I hope they keep the prices at that level in the future. I also found that the food and beer pricing to be similar to what you may pay at a country club restaurant. I think for the market in which Sim-City is located it is a fairly priced experience.Food: I don't eat here often but I have tried the pizza, quesadilla, pretzels and I have to say it does feel like a "hit or a miss" on the food. What I find unique is that you can actually see into the kitchen and I am always impressed with how clean it is. My favorite thing on the menu is the chicken quesadilla. It is always packed with chicken and hot. I love pizza, however, the pizza at Sim-City was not my favorite. No offense to the owners, but it tasted like one of those frozen pizzas you'd buy at the grocery store and heat up. With that said, I wouldn't let my opinion of the pizza stop you from getting it. It was very reasonably priced, but I just wish is was betterStaff: Everyone that I have interacted with is friendly, kind and will lend a hand if needed. I have interacted with Jarred the most, as he will sometimes be running the bar, or the sims. He always takes the time with our group to make sure that our sim is set up how we would like it, and he usually lets us play a little bit past our sim time which I greatly appreciate. One thing I have observed is at times it seems like they could be understaffed. This seems like an issue with most businesses post covid, but even though some nights it seems like Jarred may be responsible for the Bar, the Sims and answering phones he still takes the time to be respectful and nice. With that said, I think the staff could use some extra support most nights to allow staff members a chance to really excel in their role.Atmosphere: It is great for golfers and non-golfers alike. TV's everywhere that are bigger than anything I own so I can watch whatever is on that night while our group golfs. Other golfers in the building are friendly and never get out of hand. I have read some comments about the dim lighting and I agree, it is very dim -and I understand this is for the projector screens to be seen better. If I had a wish, it would be for a brighter projector screen and brighter lights all together. I understand it may not be possible, but it would be nice to see how they could experiment with different technology to make it brighter. Also - the seating is fine. Just fine. High Barstool seating does the trick but I don't find myself getting very comfortable and the table seems to get in the way of truly allowing yourself to be casual. I would imagine a bowling alley type of couch and table setup may be more comfortable and allow for a more relaxed environment. The tables and chair setup they have now is fine, nothing seems to beat up, but in the future it may be nice to see some different types of furniture.Areas of potential improvement: I think that for 2023, Sim-City is one of the better spots around to play sim golf, but if they were to take it to the next level I would like to suggest the following ideas that I notice online at other establishments.1. Rotating hitting surface2. Music in each Bay for a more customized experience3. Food and Beverage ordering interface inside the sim (like a tablet or something)4. Mobile app to book reservations and track your stats.5. I'm sure there will be more innovations within Sim-Golf overtime, and it would be cool to see some of those be integrated as time go

Had our group event here with the Mateja Group and it was a blast. But highly recommend coming here for a drink, bite to eat and some fun. The tacos were exceptionally good!

We recently visited (5 adults and two young kids) and had a great time. Really only one of the adults had any knowledge or experience with golf. It was still fun for everyone. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Food was great! And we ended our outing with ice cream right next door. We will be back!

Ceilings are too low for swinging a golf club. Don't go here unless you plan on renting clubs.

We have played here every other week for the past two years. Never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Love the atmosphere !! If you haven't tried the new curve sim.... Do yourself a favor and book it !!! It's awesome !! Keep doing what you do Sim-City.... We will keep coming back !!!

I did not get the impression that the staff knew how to run a business. We were just sort of led to the simulator and did not get any kind of instruction. The food was really bad, and the building was under construction. I felt like I was in a dimly lit garage. I expected more for the price I paid. You're better off waiting for the season to start.

I recommend Apex indoor golf over Sim-City and here is why. I went to Sim-City with a friend who broke his driver because there was a pipe in his normal swing follow through. Not only did they do nothing, but they were rude with no customer service skills. Don't go there. Apex indoor golf is by far better.

For serious golfers: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Sim-City Indoor Golf. First impression going in, we did not get any kind of tutorial or introduction to the simulator/user interface. The facilities also appeared to be under construction and the customer service wasn't great. More importantly, the ceilings in some sections are low enough to damage personal equipment. My friend hit an unprotected metal bar along the ceiling during his follow through and damaged his driver. He is an experienced golfer who has been playing for over 17 years and has never encountered a problem with unsafe facilities until now. I did not expect the facilities to not be safe enough for its intended purpose - Golfing. If we had known this going in, we never would have wasted our time and money. In addition to losing the driver, management not only refused to comp the game, but will not compensate us for the damaged driver or take any responsibility for what had occurred. In fact, they did not even contact us following the incident, we had to reach out after several days. This incident happened as a direct result of their inability to consider a person's golf swing within their facility. For any serious golfers: I DO NOT recommend this place. DO NOT risk damaging your personal equipment. It's worth the drive to support better management and safer facilities.
