i was there last week and had this guy by the name of caiden take my order he had such bad attitude towards me for no reason at all i heard him mumble to one of his coworkers calling me a whale that’s all i picked up as he walked away towards his coworker i didn’t want to cause a scene nor or confront the manager about this situation i politely asked for his name and he gave it to me he seemed like he was out of it too like high off weed i really hope the manager sees this review and gives him a talk because it is very unacceptable and i will not be returning back unless he’s fired he made me feel very insecure

The Taco Bell at Taco Bell, 140 Main St, Westbrook, ME 04092, was terrible. I ordered 2 taco supremes and a Mexican pizza. The taco supremes were cold like right from the refigerator. The Mexican pizza was stale, not crispy and tasted like dog food. I could not eat it and threw away. The taco supremes were not normally made. I am from Mississippi and the Taco Bell in Madison, MS are always fresh, crispy, and hot. The Taco Bell in Maine should be closed, at least inspected.

if it was possible to give this place negative stars i would, i wish i would've looked at the reviews before i came here, this taco bell kfc is the worst one ive ever been to, the employees clearly didnt want to be there and they did not get my order right at all.

Never go here. The sour cream was spoiled. Something off with meat. They give you not even half filled tacos of bad ingredients. Please send a health inspector their way. I've been sick for 2 days.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!Very rude staff and very long waits. I only come here to DoorDash since food quality, order correctness and wait times are all horrible so I won't pay to eat here anymore.Last night the wait in the drive thru was 20 minutes and there's was only 1 car in front of me. Order was picked up 15 minutes late due to this location. 3 days ago after waiting over 20 minutes to talk to an employee in the lobby to enquire about the DoorDash I was berated by the employee and told to leave the store. All because I asked about my DoorDash order i was told to leave the store and I was forced to reassign the order. So I didn't make any money and customer didn't get their food in a reasonable time. This location is horrible, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Does not support the Taco Bell app, but they utilize the KFC app. go figure. Ordered Taco Bell via drive thru . disgusting! Also ordered KFC at same time, screen does not show what you ordered nor do they give you a total at time of ordering. Ordered regular bucket of chicken and they made and charged for family meal roughly 4 times the price from what I actually ordered. Will not go back since they don't actually make or charge for what YOU REALLY order.
