“Usually I am very happy with the tavern burger. I will order it to go and sometimes warm it in the oven when I am ready to eat it. Tonights order was a bit of disappointment because there was a very small portion of fries on the side. I can eat at least twice what is in the photo...“
“The food looks delicious and that’s why we came here. However, when we arrived around 1:05 pm, the lady at the entrance was very rudy and told us we couldn’t dine in without being in the waiting list. It’s not what she said, it’s the way she said it.-Restaurant reached out to me in the nicest way and apologized for the situation about the host. I will be giving them a try soon as the food looks fantastic. Looking forward to it.“
“After several false starts, I finally got to try the Miss Portland Diner, and it was worth the wait. I had a basic staple - the bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was cooked to perfection and I devoured it fast. I also learned that a downeast Reuben sandwich is an open faced sandwich, which was much to the chagrin of my dining partner. Service was decent and vibe had a cool old skool diner feel to it. I will be going back and trying more food. I will adjust this review accordingly.“
“Lovely place we had our wedding venue and daughters birthday party upstairs. Very nice and a good price for everything. Communication with owner could be a little better but she always responded back when texting. Very nice lady and enjoyed ourselves ?“

“Excellent service and excellent food! Waitress was very professional, friendly and very helpful. Are burgers and beer or delicious. Atmosphere was nice, cheerful and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They have a meat market outback that is unbelievable, filled with choices, and very helpful in finding the perfect cut of beef. They have all sorts of seafood, poultry, red meat and pork.“
“Absolutely the best restaurant I have been to in a year. We were visiting my sister in law in Casco from Portsmouth and she suggested this new restaurant. The inside is absolutely gorgeous with a rustic farm atmosphere. We shared crispy calamari and beef tenderloin crustini for apps. Truly the best calamari I have ever had and the beef tenderloin I could possibly have two as a dinner it was so delicious. Dinner choices were Aloha bowls (with grilled chicken instead of tuna). It was huge ….. my sister in law took half home. Of course my husband finished his entirely. I had the lemon chicken with asparagus and rice pilaf. Again, absolutely delicious. The owners are always on premises as she oversees the dining room, which is extremely busy and her husband is the chef. If you plan on being in the Windham, Maine area I would get online to reserve a table NOW! They fill up fast. Be prepared to have one of the best meals of your life!
