I would not recommend this bar. Firstly this establishment is not open until 1AM as stated on their website. They served us drinks at 11:55PM then turned the lights on at 12AM and told us we had to leave. After being told to finish our drinks we purchased on the porch to allow them to close the inside, security was extremely hostile and talked to us with profanity. Your money and time will be better used somewhere with more hospitable service.

Nice restaurant on the water with decent food. Service is always good and the menu offers something for everyone. You can dine inside or outside; outside is a great place to people watch. There is music in the summer and it's a fun place to be.

Food was pricey and not worth money. Asked the server for swordfish they advertised on website and Ryan said they never had it. Lobster roll had overcooked meat.

Went for a girls dinner on vacation. Great food and drinks and service was timely. Even at the end of our meal when 6 middle aged adults threw shrimp down at the family below us, causing quite a profanity laden scene on their part, management handled the situation beautifully and swiftly kicked them out after they finished ONE round of drinks and their shrimp appetizer that ended up on the sidewalk from them trying to throw food at cars?? Jimmy and his staff apologized for that tables behavior which was pathetic to say the least. Definitely will be going again, hopefully without the short man syndrome and entitled Karen’s sitting next to us.
The table next to me were throwing shrimp at people. Management and the servers handled the situation the best that they could. I've never had the privilege to witness a "Karen" in the wild but wow this was something else. The food and service was great. Unfortunately sometimes a small group of people try to ruin the experience for everyone.

If you would like to enjoy your dining experience with your loved ones, don’t go here. The owner allowed by standers from the sidewalk come into the restaurant, berate and harass his patrons. The owner then kicked the diners out of the restaurant before finishing their meals. The owner made inappropriate comments to the guests stating “if they knew how to spell, they could figure out to spell his last name”. My entire dining experience was ruined, I felt sick to my stomach & STILL was forced to pay my bill in full. I also saw the owner pocket one of the patrons (who was harassed by a bystander) phone from the table. James Asprogiannis is a dishonest human who does not deserve to be such a pillar in the York community.P.s the food is not worth the prices.

The owner allowed a random stranger to approach my table of guests to come up with wild accusations of discriminatory behavior. We sat there getting yelled at by a strange man and no supervision/nor management got involved. False accusations only run so far, Jimmy. This owner is out for your money and nothing else, he is too scared to talk to you in person and that mfkr tries to steal my phone. Go to Hampton, this dude has no idea how to serve "customers". Bald baby boy.
