Had been craving a burrito and decided to give BTB a try and was not disappointed. I got a steak burrito with guac and medium salsa which ended up being a little pricey at $13 but it was so good. My only issue is that they have no seating so I had to walk all the way back to my dorm in order to eat. I will definitely be coming back with my friends whether it’s for lunch or a midnight snack.

You have to know where this place is to find it. Our son in law had been here before. Food was very good. Came in a paper bag and we sat outside and had lunch. Fun thing to do in Ann Arbor.!!

First, I have to give credit where it’s due: the food is great and it’s one of the places in AA open late at night. The website also has a rewards system for points and discounts. But the praise stops there.Let's talk about the management - or should I say, the lack of it. It's clear they have no idea how to handle a busy night. This place is severely understaffed, which leads to insanely long lines, especially on game nights. The pickup counter is a disaster, and you can barely hear anyone. Orders get mixed up, and you're left standing there for what feels like an eternity. They just let people crowd around and wait, which creates massive mobs. Meanwhile, if you ordered in advance, your food is probably done sitting ages inside a food warmer.It's frustrating and unacceptable.Sure, they're open late at night, which is a plus, but what's the point if you have to endure such a chaotic experience? The food might be worth the hassle for some, but for me, it's just not worth the headache. Fix your management, hire more staff, streamline the pickup process, have an overhead TV screen saying which orders are ready-to-pickup, and maybe then I'll consider coming back. Until then, I'll have to find my late-night food fix elsewhere.

Look, the food is great which is why my partner and I like to order from here.BUT, management and customer service is absolutely abysmal.I ordered food, and everything I ordered was incorrect - the vegan bowl had cheese, the 2 giant bowls we ordered were normal size and did not have guac or sour cream (though we were still charged the price of a giant), and the extra sides were simply not there. All of these incorrect/missing items equate to a huge loss of money. On top of that, my partner is left without food due to their mistakes.I understand incorrect orders happen, but BTB's customer service and willingness to fix their mistake is why I am writing this review. I called the 1st time and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called again, and I was told that I had to wait for the manager... I waited for another 15 minutes. I called again, and the person who answered the phone told me the manager would call me back. I have yet to receive a call.This is absolutely unacceptable. The amount I paid is in no way equal to the food I received. BTB Burrito has essentially stolen a large amount of money from me, and they have made no effort to fix their mistake.

Reasonably priced (for Ann Arbor) burritos with great flavor. Really love coming here on my bike after work when I want a fast, cheap, delicious meal. Quesadillas are really good, and most of the burritos taste great.Only complaint is service and the gringo burrito. Sometimes when I come here the employee has run into Good Time Charlie‘s to help the staff, and left this side store unattended. A line quickly forms and folks are stuck outside just waiting. Doesn’t happen often, but mildly annoying when it does.Do not get the gringo burrito. It’s a chicken Cesar salad, but in a burrito. There is an ungodly amount of dressing in this burrito. Have you ever woken up and said “I’d love to just have a mouth full of Cesar salad dressing”? Neither have I. Maybe it’s intentional that they make the gringo burrito the worst one. It’s like a “take that, gringo!” by gringos against other gringos. White on White crime.

TERRIBLE customer service. I really wish I had asked for the name of the rude lady who talked to me on the phone, but after waiting for 1 hour for my food (and getting the wrong order) I was told that I should just settle my balances with my credit card company rather than offering any potential solution to the problem from BTB’s end. I will not be returning to order at this establishment.

Good, solid food with huge portions. After a night of drinking, nothing beats BTB. I've never eaten in, always delivery, but the food is consistently good. I've never been disappointed. After introducing my boyfriend to BTB, he's obsessed.
