Terrible experience. 1hr44min to receive food which was left under heat lamp for at least 40 min as confirmed by restaurants followed by sitting in de delivery car for another 40 min. Fries went straight to trash due to cold and sogginess. Took a couple bites of the burger - which needed a knife to cut as it turned cold and rubbery. Disgusting. Absolutely will not go back.
If i could give lower than one star i would. I ordered my food online and was given an estimated wait of around 30 minutes. When the 2 hour mark hit and my food still wasn't delivered I called the store. Whoever they have answering the phone was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person i've ever spoken to. 1hr44min before food was delivered. Was it made fresh when picked up for delivery? NO, it was sitting under heat lamp or in a bag for 40 min as confirmed by restaurant. Once picked up, it sat in a car for just over 40 min. I live 1.7 miles from location. Fries were cold and soggy. Burger and bacon were cold and had turned rubbery. Three in trash. What a waste of time.
