Didn’t realize until after I began eating the salad dressing ,that today they used the Sauce from the Chicken Al Pastor to make the Salad dressing. I really hope the sauce for the Chicken Al Pastor comes to the company in a separate container, and not only in the pack with the raw meat? Not a smart idea! There was food all over the counter tops I skipped the items that appeared dry and old. There were plenty of staff t properly clean.

Main gate from mall was shut giving the impression they were closed. Managed to getin from outside - would consider opening that gate for those less inclined to seek out an alternate entrance. Wish prices were a little lower. Otherwise fine.

This is honestly the best chipotle in Ann Arbor. Everything was fresh with lots of flavor, nothing soggy they made it like perfect it was my most perfect burrito ?! I've tried all the other ones and I drive the distance to come here. Great job everyone!Vegetarian options: Sofritas is tofu

This location is the worst. Had the carne asasa beef jerky charcoal, they always miss the toppings I request and always tiny portions, even if the free stuff like peppers and beans. Time for a divorce from chipotle.
Chips tasted rancid (cooked in old oil), chicken burrito was mixed with beef and not what we ordered, and they forgot chips… with a chips and guacamole order.Not going back to Chipotle. They can’t get the most basic things down. And you can’t talk to a real person via their app - you're stuck talking to a bot. Pretty sad state of affairs all around.

Food is great. Tables are usually dirty though. I'm a very respectful person and address everyone as sir or ma'am. I really don't appreciate being told I need to speak up. I don't need to speak up, they need to turn their ridiculously loud music down. I served in the Marines 5 years and am more than familiar with how to use volume but I prefer to be a calm person instead. If you get here at 830 at night, they'll already be sweeping up while they're still serving food. This is beyond gross. Sweeping makes dust from the floor airborne and it gets in the food. Wait until you're closed up and done serving for that.
