This is honestly the best chipotle in Ann Arbor. Everything was fresh with lots of flavor, nothing soggy they made it like perfect it was my most perfect burrito ?! I've tried all the other ones and I drive the distance to come here. Great job everyone!Vegetarian options: Sofritas is tofu
Food is great. Tables are usually dirty though. I'm a very respectful person and address everyone as sir or ma'am. I really don't appreciate being told I need to speak up. I don't need to speak up, they need to turn their ridiculously loud music down. I served in the Marines 5 years and am more than familiar with how to use volume but I prefer to be a calm person instead. Main gate from mall was shut giving the impression they were closed. Managed to getin from outside - would consider opening that gate for those less inclined to seek out an alternate entrance. Wish prices were a little lower. Otherwise fine.
